Yorkshire Terriers & similar breeds are not inexpensive to maintain. They need to be brushed daily & many need their eyes cleaned of accumulated matter daily. Groomers often charge between $40-$60 for a full groom on this type of dog & it's needed every 6-8 weeks. Baths are needed in between groomer appointments. Are you prepared to spend the time & money needed to properly maintain this new dog?

All of the information I have provided here is true & complete to the best of my knowledge. Should I be allowed to adopt a dog from Yorkies & Friends Rescue, it will reside in my home as a pet. I agree to take the dog to my veterinarian for an exam within 14 days of the date the Adoption Contract is signed at my expense. I agree to always provide the dog with adequate food, water, shelter, affection, medical care, & exercise.
